Thatch Degrader

Thatch Degrader is an advanced liquid treatment designed to accelerate the natural breakdown of thatch and excess organic matter in fine turf. Built with our proprietary carboxylic acid technology, it works by stimulating and enhancing the metabolic activity of naturally occurring saprotrophic fungi—the key organisms responsible for decomposing dead plant material in the soil.

Excess thatch compromises turf quality, appearance, and soil structure. Thatch Degrader addresses the root cause by supplying the essential building blocks that microbes need to function efficiently, transforming accumulated organic matter into plant-available nutrients.

Application Guidelines:

Sports Turf:

• Apply at 25–50 L/ha diluted in 200–500 L of water

Lawns & Gardens:

• Dilute 250 mL in a 5 L watering can

• Apply 10–50 mL of diluted solution per m²

Repeat application every 2–4 weeks during active growth or as required.
