Refund & Returns Policy

1. Overview

This Refund & Returns Policy applies to all purchases made through Eutrema.

Due to the nature of lawn care and crop care products, including fertilisers, pesticides, and other agricultural inputs, returns and refunds are subject to the conditions below.

2. Eligibility for Returns

We may accept returns only if:

  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
  • The item is not a restricted or non-returnable chemical product (where applicable by law)

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Incorrect Delivery Information

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all delivery details provided at checkout are accurate and complete.

If a delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer (including but not limited to address errors, postcode mistakes, or inaccessible delivery locations):

  • The customer will be responsible for any additional delivery or redelivery charges
  • Any returned items will only be resent once additional postage costs have been paid in full
  • We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect information provided by the customer

4. Failed Deliveries and Returns to Sender

If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery (including refusal to accept delivery or incorrect address details):

  • The original delivery cost is non-refundable
  • The customer must pay return postage and any applicable reshipping fees
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed only once the item is received back in its original condition

5. Refunds

Where a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only
  • We do not offer cash refunds or alternative payment methods
  • Refunds will only be processed once returned goods have been received and inspected

6. Return Shipping

  • We do not provide prepaid return labels
  • Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit during returns

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 5 days of receiving the delivery with photographic evidence.

We will review the issue and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

8. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and regulatory reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return once delivered, including:

  • Opened or used chemical products
  • Perishable or temperature-sensitive goods
  • Products marked as non-returnable at purchase
